Milford United’s FAI Junior Cup adventure for this season ended in disappointment as they lost out to Dublin side Cherry Orchard in an entertaining 5th round clash at Moyle View Park.
In truth Milford should have won the game, they were much the better side in the first half and produced the bulk of the chances.
Damien Casey gave Milford a first half lead but the Dubliners drew level through Dean Murphy and then pounced with an 89th minute winner from Steven Foy.
Kilmacrennan Celtic beat Illie Celtic 3-2 and are now the only Donegal side left, as Culdaff lost out to Freebooters 3-0.
