6 months after Approval has been given for Letterkenny General Hospital to recruit 12 new nursing – the positions have yet to advertised or filled.
The news was confirmed by Minister Joe McHugh following a meeting with management at the hospital.
Minister McHugh says 12 extra nurses would be a major boost to the hospital and is to inquire why the positions have yet to be filled:
