UTV Ireland announces Daniel & Majella O’Donnell new travel show

Daniel and Majella O’Donnell have launched their own TV series on UTV Ireland – Daniel and Majella’s B&B Road Trip.
The show is a six-part series and does exactly what is says on the tin, follows the Donegal couple around Ireland while only staying in Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
Filming is due to start on the programme in early July, and the show is set to broadcast later this year.
UTV Ireland’s Head of Channel Mary Curtis said, “Daniel and Majella are hugely popular with Irish audiences and they are a fantastic couple who complement each other perfectly.
“Throughout the show, we will get to know them better as a couple, whilst seeing them as we have never seen them before. Their warm and fun personalities make them ideal hosts for this series,” she added.
B&B hosts will show the couple around the areas they visit, and locals are said to provide a evening of entertainment.
Along with other exciting news for the famous couple, the duo are expecting their first grandchild this summer.
