A Donegal priest, based near Berkeley, has praised the Irish community for coming together and helping those affected by the tragedy.
Six Irish students lost their lives in a balcony collapse in Berkeley, California yesterday. Seven others are injured – two are understood to be critical, and another two are very serious with life changing injuries.
The victims are all 21 and 22 years old.
Speaking on the Shaun Doherty Show, Fr Brendan McBride said the community are doing all they can to support those affected by the tragedy:
