Chloe and Sam Magee reach Euro Games last eight with 100% record

 
There’s been major badminton progress for Ireland in Baku this morning.
Chloe Magee has bounced back from her singles exit yesterday to score a mixed doubles win with her brother Sam over Maltese duo Sam Cali and Fiorella Marie Sadowski 21-3 21-2.
The Raphoe pair have qualified for the quarter-finals with a 100% record.
Wednesday was a disappointing day for Chloe as she bowed out of the singles on games difference, the main three in her group all finished with two wins each.
The Magee brothers Josh and Sam are in men’s doubles quarter-finals action tonight against Belgians Matijs Dierickx and Freek Golinski.
