There’s been widespread condemnation of ongoing illegal dumping near a holiday caravan park at Upper Galliagh Road in Derry.
Residents in the area say they are fed up with people dumping rubbish at the roadside in the scenic rural area.
Last evening, the Chair of Derry and Strabane Council’s Environment Regeneration Committee visited the area, and urged officials to investigate who is behind this illegal dumping.
Cllr Brian Tierney says action must be taken to stamp this dumping out………
