The owner of a proposed oyster farm on Linsfort Beach in Inishowen has defended the decision to develop the facility in Lough Swilly.
Craughnagee Oyster Farm applied to the Department of the Marine for the necessary licences, and secured them last year for a 16 hectare site.
They currently employ 15 people and hope that will be expanded in the near future.
