The Rathmullan to Buncrana Ferry Service is to run for a six week period beginning next Thursday.
It follows the signing of a contract between Donegal County Council and the new operator, the Arranmore Car and Passenger Ferry Service.
The terms of the new Lough Swilly contract have not been disclosed, but Dominic Sweeney of the Arranmore Ferry Service is hopeful that the service will be a success this year, and that will continue for years to come………
