Hundreds of people gathered in Letterkenny for a protest against the possible scaling back of the NoWDOC service in Donegal earlier this afternoon
As part of a restructuring process which is underway, the HSE is ‘live testing’ the proposed scrapping of the Midnight to 8am services in Derrybeg and Carndonagh, to be replaced by one extra driver and doctor in Letterkenny to cover the whole area.
Councillor Michéal Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig was at the protest, he says their campaign will continue:
