Police carry out drug searches in Derry

 
Police have carried out a number of searches in the Galliagh and Shantallow areas of Derry.
The searches were carried out  under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Some ‘deal bags’ of herbal cannabis were found and we also seized other items that may be ancillary to the trade in illegal drugs.”
There were no arrests during the operation.
