Daniel O’ Donnell dazzles in dancing debut on Strictly

 
Last night saw the first installment of this years Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One. 
In total, Fifteen celebrities are competing in this year’s series, including Daniel O’Donnell.
Last night we saw the Kincasslagh singer take to the famous floor for the first time.
His dance partner, Kristina Rihanoff revealed they would be dancing a waltz to When Irish Eyes Are Smiling which Daniel was delighted about, having sang it on many occasions.
The waltz went very smoothly with judge  Len Goodman saying “your footwork is the best I’ve seen!” and Bruno Tonioli described it as “very, very pleasing”. Darcy Bussell said that he “danced like a perfect gentleman”.
Daniel was awarded 24 points in total which places him fourth on the leader board and said he was ‘very happy’ with how it went.
