Motorcyclist sustained “life changing” injuries in Co. Derry crash

Police in County Derry say a motorcyclist has been left with life changing injuries following a serious crash near Limavady.
The man in his 40’s was injured in the collision with a car on Ballyquin Road just before 2.45 yesterday afternoon.
He’s understood to be in a serious condition in hospital – while the driver of the car – a woman in her 20’s was hospitalised for shock following the incident.
Investigating officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them on the non emergency number 101. The road was closed for several hours following the collision.
