It has been confirmed that the Prince of Wales will visit Donegal as part of a three-day visit to Ireland which began today.
Charles is in Belfast today and tomorrow will be joined in Northern Ireland by the Duchess of Cornwall.
The royal couple will then travel to Donegal on Wednesday for an official visit.
As part of the trip, Prince Charles will visit Donegal Town and Letterkenny.

On Wednesday The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will arrive in Donegal Town where they will visit Donegal Castle The Diamond and Magee of Donegal.
They will then proceed to Letterkenny IT for a civic reception after which the programme will split.
The Prince of Wales will remain at Letterkenny IT and visit an exhibition on start-up companies based at the Institute, and local food producers while The Duchess of Cornwall will visit a local school
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall will then both visit Glenveagh Castle and gardens and meet with local children who participate in education programmes at the National Park.
The visit to Ireland is at the request of the Government and follows Charles and Camilla’s trip to the country this time last year when the Prince toured the place where his great-uncle, Lord Mountbatten, was murdered by the IRA in 1979.
