Patterson and Daniels on the mark as Derry progress in cup

Derry City reached the 3rd round of the FAI Senior Cup with a 2-1 win on the road at Drogheda United on Tuesday evening.
The Candystrips were one up on four minutes thanks to a Rory Patterson free kick.
The big striker had to leave the field ten minutes later with a hamstring injury.
Drogheda were level by the break through a Sean Thornton penalty.
Derry went in front again on 55 minutes as Josh Daniels hit the net to send Derry to the next round.
