As Relay for Life Donegal 2016 draws to a close, organisers are reporting record numbers for this year’s festivities at the LYIT in Letterkenny.
It’s estimated that up to 20,000 people attended the event over the course of the weekend while up to 5,000 alone attended the candle ceremony at 10pm last night.
Hundreds of cancer survivors and caregivers were also in attendance.
