Five golds for Donegal athletes at Celtic Games

Brendan O'DonnellSome of Donegal’s most promising young athletes have been in action today at the Celtic Games in Swansea.
Brendan O’Donnell has won gold.
The Lifford-Strabane AC athlete threw 67.35 metres in the 5kg hammer event.
Gold has also gone to James Kelly of Finn Valley AC who has a throw of 16.82 metres in the 5kg shot putt.
Finn Valley’s Danny Browne also won gold as he was part of the 4x400m relay team that were victorious in a great time of 42.92 seconds.
Gareth Crawford took gold in the javelin with a throw of 62.39m
Fodhla McFadden of Rosses AC won the triple jump with a jump of 11.30m.
