Fr John Joe Duffy while there is an overcrowding crisis at Letterkenny University Hospital, beds are lying empty in community hospitals because funding is not available to recruit nurses and other frontline staff.
He says it beggars belief that while that is happening, the HSE can find the money to hire another 21 General Managers……….
