A woman who died in a car crash in County Donegal has been described as a ”bubbly happy and joyful” person.
The 25-year-old from Derry was killed in a two-car collision at Fahan just before eleven o’clock last night.
The driver of the other car, a 20-year-old man, was not seriously hurt.
