People in Donegal are being encouraged to recycle their electrical waste and other goods over the festive period and into the New Year.
There are a variety of recycling centres across the county with Donegal County Council detailing a full list of opening hours on their website.
Concern has been raised that with new electrical goods being gifted for Christmas, some may dispose of their waste incorrectly.
Councillor Martin McDermott has been made aware of some instances of fly tipping in the county in recent days and is urging people to use their local recycling facility:
