LUH had the country’s third highest number of people awaiting beds today

There were 26 patient awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, six of them on Emergency Department trolleys, and 20 in overflow areas and on wards.
That’s the third highest figure in the country today, berhind Galway on 36 and Cork on 31.
Nationally, there were 392 patients awaiting admission at hospitals across the country today.
