Derry City’s Ronan Curtis starts in Ireland u-21 win over Kosovo


Derry City player Ronan Curtis started today, in the Republic of Ireland’s 1-0 win over Kosovo, in the European Qualifiers, in Tallaght.
Queen’s Park Rangers winger Olamide Shopido scrambled home the only goal of a scrappy contest 11 minutes into the second half against a Kosovan side playing their first ever u-21 game.
Also in the squad today was Finn Harps’ Ethan Boyle, but he was not summoned for by manager Noel King.
Elsewhere, Ireland’s u-19’s were heavily beaten 3-0 by Sweden.
