Last year’s champions Manus Kelly and Donal Barrett has moved into first place in the Joule Donegal International Rally following Stage 16, Atlantic Drive. They lead Donagh Kelly and Conor Foley by 1.8 seconds, and it is the first time that Donagh Kelly has given up the lead this year.
Alaistair Fisher is now only 4.2 seconds behind Garry Jennings in fourth place after posting the fastest time on that stage.
