Mark English wins 500m in Sligo

Letterkenny’s Mark English won the 500m race at last nights Sligo City Sports event.
Mark clocked 61.27 seconds to take the win ahead of Harry Purcell.
It’s been a good few days for the 24 year old who also secured World Championship qualification last weekend in Sweden.
Mark will be part of the Irish team which takes part in the European Team Championships in Finland this coming weekend.
