PSNI seeking information following Omagh attack

Police in Omagh are appealing for information in relation to a serious assault in Georges Street early yesterday morning.
Police say at approximately 2:30am, a man and woman in their 30s were making their way home when a group of unknown males assaulted the man in an unprovoked attack. He received injuries to his face and head.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident is being asked to come forward.
