Omagh bomb relatives to sue PSNI Chief Constable

Relatives of the Omagh bomb victims are to sue Northern Ireland’s police chief for investigative failings they believe let the killers escape justice.
The Real IRA outrage claimed the lives of 29 people on 15 August 1998.
Families say they “need answers” – and claim the attack could have been prevented.
