Body recovered from the Foyle in Derry believed to be that of missing man


Police in Derry have confirmed that the body of a man was recovered from the River Foyle at around 10.30am this morning. The body was recovered close to the pontoon.
A post mortem is due to be carried, but police have indicated the death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
It is believed the body is that of Mark Gallagher, who went missing on October 13th, a week ago last Friday.
