Income levels are continuing to grow much more strongly in Dublin than other parts of the country.
That’s a key finding of a report, that says communities that are furthest from major towns tend to be poorer.
The Pobal HP Deprivation Index says rural towns with populations under 5 thousand were hit hardest by recession, and are recovering more slowly.
