A Donegal County Councillor is calling for more flexibility in the Tenant Purchase Scheme.
The scheme is up for review next month with Inishowen Cllr Martin McDermott that only 6 people in Donegal availed of it this year.
He says while the scheme should easily allow tenants buy their own homes, there are too many constraints that are preventing them from doing so:
