Community groups in disadvantaged areas of the county are being urged to submit applications for funding under the RAPID Scheme.
€65,000 is being made available to County Donegal by the Department of Rural and Community Development to support projects across the county which would improve the quality of life for residents in disadvantaged towns with a population in excess of 1000.
Cathaoirleach of the Glenties Municipal District Councillor Micheal Cholm MacGiolla Easbuig is encouraging not-for-profit facilities to submit an application before before the closing date of 24th November:
