Police are continuing to work at the scene of a security alert in Omagh following the discovery of a suspicious object this morning.
The Remembrance Sunday Parade has gone ahead, however access was not allowed to the Cenotaph, where wreaths were due to to be laid.
Police advise that the security alert at Drumragh Avenue is ongoing, but access to Omagh Showgrounds in Drumragh has now been opened.
Speaking today in Omagh, MP Barry McElduff has condemned the incident stating that everyone has the right to remember their dead:
