A Derry Councillor says the PSNI need to get to grips with armed gangs in the city.
The call comes after a man in his 40s was shot in both legs after being brought to an underpass on the Madam’s Bank Road last night.
Councillor Sandra Duffy says following several recent shootings across Derry there are serious questions as to how the PSNI are handling these incidents:
