Man due in Derry Court following Buncrana Road search

A 33 year old man is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court this morning folllowing a search in the Buncrana Road area yesterday.
He is facing a number of charges, including driving while disqualified, using a motor vehicle without insurance and taking a motor vehicle without authority.
He is also charged with Possession of a Class B controlled drug, Being Concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug, and Dishonestly using Electricity.
