23 people awaiting admission at LUH

There were 23 patients awaiting admission at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, 10 of them on Emergency Department trolleys.
That’s 20 down on yesterday, which saw Letterkenny return the highest figure in the country for people awaiting in-patient beds.
Nationally, there were 544 people awaiting admission at hospitals around the country today, with University Hospital Limerick returning the highest figure at 53.
