Council increase fine for parking in disabled bay without valid permit

Donegal County Council has confirmed they are to increase the fixed charge for parking in a Disabled Parking Bay without displaying a valid permit.
As of March 1st the fixed charged has increased from €80 to €150. The charge will increase to €225 if not paid after 28 days and if not paid within 56 days a summons will be issued.
