House prices nationally rose by 2.7% during the second quarter of 2018, according to the latest House Price Report released by property website, Daft.ie.
In Donegal, prices in the second three months of 2018 were less than 1% lower than a year previously, compared to a fall of 5% seen a year ago.
The average house price in the county is now €145,000, 45% below peak levels.
