Minister McHugh says focus remains on no Hard Border


The Government Chief Whip says the focus remains on ensuring there is no hard border after the Taoiseach said Ireland is entering a rocky patch in the Brexit negotiations.
Yesterday, British Prime Minister Theresa May said Brexit negotiations were at an impasse.
Its after she rejected two EU options of either remaining in the customs union or having separate arrangements with the North to avoid a border.
