The INTO is to consult with members in Donegal over the coming weeks following the decision last week to reject the Public Service Stability Agreement.
The INTO’s Central Executive Committee says the discussions will lead up to a ballot on industrial action.
Branch meetings will take place across Donegal to discuss the union’s campaign for equal pay, with the ballot expected early in the new year.
