A Donegal councillor says it’s time for a county wide discussion on the type of traffic lights being used for traffic management at road works.
Councillor Michael Mc Bride says issues in the Twin Towns area are well documented, and he has witnessed similar problems at Bluebanks in Kilmacrennan where there are also comprehensive works going on.
Cllr Mc Bride is questioning what emphasis is placed on traffic management processes when road work contracts are being discussed, and says there are smart lights available which might help address some issues………..
