Emergency services are currently at the scene of a crash on the main Letterkenny to Lifford Road.
The two car collision occurred shortly before 12 noon at Ballyholey.
The Donegal Fire Service and ambulance have been dispatched to the scene.
Traffic is currently down to one lane with motorists advised to take care on approach to the area.
