Funding approved for new school shelter in Dungloe

The Department of Education has approved a grant of €23,700 for the provision of a canopy/ shelter at the entrance to St Crona’s NS Dungloe, with tenders to be invited in the coming weeks.
Welcoming the announcement, local Deputy Pat the Cope said it will benefit students being dropped off from Buses or awaiting pickup, particularly during inclement weather conditions.
