A take away in Donegal was issued with a closure order last month as it posed an immediate danger to public health, according to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
In total, seven take aways, pubs, and restaurants throughout the country were found to be in breach of food safety laws in April.
Sewage and waste was seen overflowing from a drain close to the bins outside Spicy Hut on Main Street, Carrigart, Donegal.
