Temporary closure of Donegal Animal Hospital sparks concern

 

Serious concern has been raised over the temporary closure of the Donegal Animal Hospital in Letterkenny.
The facility, which is owned by Vetcare, a major British chain of veterinarians, cited “challenges in the practice” and referred its customers to other nearby chains.
The temporary closure is said to have caused upset among local farmers who now have to look elsewhere for urgent care for animals.
It’s not yet known when the service will resume.
