A Scottish judge has refused to order a temporary halt to Boris Johnson’s plan to shut down the UK Parliament.
A group of around 75 MPs and peers had sought an injunction ahead of a full hearing scheduled for next week.
Their request was declined by Judge Raymond Doherty, who said he wasn’t satisfied there was a “cogent need” for it.
But the Scottish National Party’s Joanna Cherry says all is not lost…………..
