Donegal and the eight other Ulster counties will learn their Dr McKenna Cup opponents this evening.
The draw for the traditional pre-season competition will take place this evening in Belfast at 8pm.
There will be a change to the format for 2020 , the third level colleges are not taking part with the Sigerson Cup being brought forward to mid-January.
Queen’s, University Ulster and St Mary’s had been part of the Dr McKenna Cup since 2003.
The competition will be reorganised into three groups of three, with each team having a bye during the group stage.
Games will start on December 29 with the group stage finishing on Wednesday, January 9, with the semi-finals that weekend and the final on January 18/19.
Tyrone are the holders, having won lifted the Cup for a sixteenth time back in January, Donegal last won it in 2018.
