Talks to restore power-sharing at Stormont get back underway today with a week until Julian Smith’s deadline.
If a deal is not reached in Belfast by January 13th, the Northern Ireland Secretary is likely to call fresh Assembly elections.
The executive collapsed almost three years ago – and previous attempts to restore the institutions have been unsuccessful.
