No promotion or relegation for North West Cricket

The North West Cricket Union have confirmed there will be no promotion or relegation when cricket resumes this year.
The board agreed on the move at Thursday’s virtual meeting.
They also said the Operations Committee will meet next week to discuss the potential formats for the competitions later in the summer.
Each club in the north west will have a Covid-19 officer that will support the clubs return to training and playing when the resume phase is implemented.
