Orange Rainfall Warning remains in place in Donegal

There’s a warning of heavy rain and potential flash flooding today as Storm Francis continues to hit the country.
As of now, ESB Networks are reporting no major problems.
A status orange rain warning is in place across the whole of Connacht, as well as Donegal, Cavan, Monaghan, Wexford, Cork, Kerry and Waterford.
