A man arrested in Donegal as part of an ongoing investigation into a €20 million property registration fraud has been released without charge.
Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau and Dundalk Garda station arrested the man in his 40s yesterday.
A file is now due to be prepared for the DPP.
Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
