A Sinn Fein TD says the government’s plans to ban the sale of turf have been handled ‘very poorly’.
The party will put forward a motion in the Dail on Tuesday calling on the State to scrap plans to ban the sale of turf.
The government is working on proposals to bring in the ban in September.
