Consumers face further energy price hikes with carbon tax raise tomorrow

Almost two million energy customers are set to face price increases from tomorrow.

Electric Ireland, SSE Airtricity and Panda Power are all due to up prices on electricity and gas.

A hike in the carbon tax on fossil fuels will also come into effect tomorrow.
